If you don't own a domain name, you are also welcome. We are working to keep the price of domain names stable, low and locked-in, for everyone and for all, and for all time. Once you purchase a domain name, no one should be able to raise the price. And ICANN.org should not get to tax domain names - as they have been doing, ilegally, for years. Furthermore, and not least of what we will do is to have the Law (and ICANN, when it starts respecting the law) enshrine what we know to be true, that we are domain name owners, not just "registrants", as ICANN and the registries and registrars like to call us. We will end this price-fixing, monopolistic, anti-competitive, unlawful behavior and corruption by ICANN, the registries and the registrars. Join us today!

Any regulation, rule or law which allows anyone (including ICANN, and / or any registry) to raise the price of any domain above the initial price paid for the domain is fraudulent and should be understood as illegal. It is an uncompetitive business practice, and amounts to the operation of a monopoly, and US anti-trust laws and civil and criminal procedure should prohibit any such action.

ICANN: Taxation Without Representation.

ICANN illegally taxes domain names about $0.18 per domain per year. Every year! This illegal taxation has been going on for over 10 years now and the domain name owners have never voted on this scam! We domain name owners have not been allowed to vote on it. And ICANN uses extortion - threatening (and following through on its threats) to seize our domain names if we don't pay. We cannot "renew" our domain names without paying this illegal tax, in fact.This is illegal taxation without representation! Join IDOA.info and help us MAKE THEM STOP!

The .BIZ registry (neustar, neulevel) decided to declare some of the registered, owned .biz domains "premium" domains, and then demanded higher prices to renew them. This was without the vote of current .biz domain name owners. This was against our wishes. ICANN, once again, perenially in bed with unscrupulous registries, did nothing to protect the .biz domain name owners, and the .biz registry was able to steal some valuable owned .biz domains away from their rightful owners. Certain registrars did not accept to renew .biz "premium" domains at all, and that is one way the .biz registry was able (so far, the courts will be deciding this one) to steal away owned, branded, property - a domain name.
